Overview

The Zus Web Application allows users to view a list of all patients, interact with individual patient profiles, and gain a basic understanding of administrative information in Zus.

Patients List

The Patient List shows a list of patients. The list is sorted based on recent updates to the patient such as demographics change, record refresh requests, or other changes to the patient's record.

You can search for a patient at the top of the list. To search for a patient, we recommend the following formats:

Last Name, First Name
Last Name

Patient Profiles

When you click on a patient in the patient list, the patient's profile opens. You can learn more about the details of each clinical section here:

Hospitalizations [BETA]

The Hospitalizations page uses our Transition of Care Lens to display a list of patients with recent hospitalizations.

Inpatient and emergency encounters that have matching visit IDs and/or any encounters that occur near each other temporally (within 36 hours) for a given patient will be grouped together and summarized into a single episode of care, reducing noise and duplication.

Details

When you click on a row in the Hospitalizations page, a side bar will open with more information about the patient's hospital stay, including a link to a Discharge Summary if available, indicated by a 📄 icon.
