Adding data to the Elation chart

You can add Conditions from Zus to the Elation Problem list using the "add" button that appears when hovering over an item on the conditions list.

Data already in the patient chart is noted by a checkmark

Data that you've added to the patient chart or that was in the chart when you open the ZAP will be noted by a checkmark. This includes:

• Conditions
• Allergies
• Immunizations
