Usage tips

Adding data to the Elation chart

You can add Conditions from Zus to the Elation Problem list using the "add" button that appears when hovering over an item on the conditions list, or in bulk by selecting multiple conditions using the check box to the left of each condition.

Data already in the patient chart is noted by a checkmark

Data that is in the chart when you open the ZAP will be noted by a checkmark.

This includes:

• Allergies
• Conditions
• Encounters
• Immunizations
